EnquiryPilot — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EnquiryPilot — the app and enquirypilot.co.in. By using it you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. The service

EnquiryPilot is provided by Surya AI Technologies Pvt Ltd. We may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give notice in the app before it takes effect.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe it has been used without your authorisation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EnquiryPilot to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's data, or to interfere with the service's operation. We may suspend an account that does these things.

4. Your data and your content

The records you enter remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — to store, process, back up and display your content, and to transmit it between your devices. We do not use your content to train machine-learning models. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may need to do so at short notice to address a security issue.

6. Export and termination

You may stop using EnquiryPilot at any time. Before you close your account, you can export your data using the app's export function; ask us at [email protected] if you need help. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach of these terms, and will tell you why unless doing so would itself create a security or legal problem.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law permits, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and we will notify you in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use EnquiryPilot after that date means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
