Applies to the EnquiryPilot app (com.suryaai.EnquiryPilot on Google Play and com.suryaai.enquirypilot on the App Store) and to enquirypilot.co.in.
EnquiryPilot stores the enquiries you record against your account so they are available on every device you sign in from.
1. Who we are
EnquiryPilot is built and operated by Surya AI Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. In this policy “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the app or the website.
For any privacy question, correction or deletion request, write to [email protected]. That address reaches our Grievance Officer.
2. What stays on your device
The following are held locally by the app and are not transmitted to us as a consequence of the feature itself:

3. Third parties in this build
These are the external services compiled into the app, what each one is for, and what it receives. Each is named with the package that introduces it, so this list can be checked against the build.
3.1 Sentry
Introduced by sentry_flutter
Purpose. Crash and error reports.
What it receives. Stack trace, app version, OS version and device model. Not your enquiry records.
the Sentry SDK is compiled into the app but is not configured with a reporting endpoint in the current build, so no crash data is transmitted today. This paragraph describes what is sent if and when it is enabled. Tracked as BUG-DEVPILOT-142.
4. Device permissions, and why the app asks
The app requests only the permissions below. Each is requested at the moment the feature needs it, and declining one disables that feature rather than the app.

5. Where your data is processed
Our servers run in Amazon Web Services in the ap-south-2 (Hyderabad, India) region.
Traffic to our domains is proxied by Cloudflare, Inc., which terminates TLS at an edge location and therefore sees request metadata, including your IP address, in transit.
Our web servers keep standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent) for up to 30 days for security and abuse investigation.
6. What we never do
- We do not sell your data, and we have never sold it.
- We do not share your data with data brokers or advertising networks.
- We do not show third-party ads in EnquiryPilot.
- We do not use your business or personal records to train machine-learning models.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
7. Retention
Data you store locally stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app; uninstalling removes the app's local database. Data held in your account on our servers is kept while the account is open, and deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request. Backups roll off within a further 30 days. Crash reports are retained for 90 days.
8. Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Write to [email protected] from the address on the account, or use the in-app deletion option where the app provides one. We confirm the request, act on it within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.
You do not need an account or a reason to make this request, and we do not charge for it.
9. Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop processing it. Contact [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response you may escalate to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
10. Children
EnquiryPilot is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we update the effective date at the top. For a change that materially affects what we collect or who receives it, we will also notify you in the app before it takes effect.
