1. Delete it in the app

Go to Profile → Delete account.

1. Open Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

Your sign-in is deactivated straight away and your active sessions are signed out. The rest of your account data is deleted as described below.

If you are the only owner of your business, the app asks you to transfer ownership to another member first, so the business is not left without anyone who can manage it.

If you do not see this option, update the app to the latest version, or use the email route below.

2. Or ask us by email

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address on your account. Tell us the business name on the account.

As our Privacy Policy states, we aim to acknowledge within 48 hours, complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm to you when it is done.

3. What is deleted

• Your sign-in and the data held in your account on our servers, within 30 days of the request
• Backups containing it roll off within a further 30 days

4. What is kept, and why

• Deleting your own account removes your sign-in only. Records that belong to your business workspace stay with the business and its remaining owners. To delete a whole business workspace, email us.
• Crash reports are retained for 90 days.
• Data stored on your device stays there until you delete it or uninstall the app.
